Batsford Arboretum and Garden Centre
Batsford Arboretum is home to a unique collection of some of the world’s most beautiful and rare trees, shrubs and bamboos spread across 60 acres.
Enjoy early colour from the snowdrops, followed by spring-flowering bulbs and spectacular Japanese flowering cherries; escape the heat under the tree canopy in summer and prepare to be amazed by the outstanding autumn colour!

If visiting the arboretum inspires you, explore Batsford Garden Centre, a haven for garden and plant lovers! Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or coffee at The Garden Terrace Café and catch some retail therapy at the Arboretum Gift Shop.
The Visitor Centre – where you’ll find the Café, Garden Centre and Gift Shop – is completely free to enter. The only part of Batsford you have to pay to go into is the arboretum.
Batsford is a great day out for all the family – including the dog!

Each property has ultra fast WiFi and includes a private garden with exclusive use of a hot-tub, picnic table with BBQ and are designed to ensure all guests can dine and socialise together, most bedrooms can be set up with single or double beds.
Guests have shared use of the surrounding 70 acres of parkland and Games Barn which includes pool table, table tennis, air-hockey, table football and sports equipment.
The parkland has three wildlife ponds, streams, vineyard, orchard and a bluebell wood and can be used for activities including Zorbing, ‘Hen/Stag party Olympics’, archery, Laser clay pigeon shooting & team building.
